How do I create a MunchFans account?
Customer can create an account by selecting “Log-In” icon in the Menu or Homepage and following quick and simple procedures. MunchFans account allows customer to place an order, save time for future purchases, view previous orders, track order and receive additional support at ease.
I forgot my log-in ID and/or password.
Customers can retrieve log-in ID by selecting “Forgot My ID” and verifying the email address linked to the account. Customers can also reset the password by selecting “Forgot My Password” and completing safety protocols selected during initial account set-up.
Where does MunchFans ship?
MunchFans ship to contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam.
When will my order ship?
MunchFans orders for non-mail order (Local Delivery Service) placed Monday-Saturday will be shipped same day if ordered by 10 AM PST, or by the next business day.
MunchFans orders for mail order placed Monday-Friday will be shipped same day if ordered by 10 AM PST, or by the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
MunchFans non-Mail Orders (Local Delivery Serivce) are typically shipped and delivered on the same day for orders placed by 10 AM PST.
MunchFans Mail Orders ship from Los Angeles (CA) warehouse and typically delivered between 3-5 business day. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and available shipping method.
*All non-mail orders and mail orders are subject to delay due to unforeseen issue (ie: severe traffic, accidents, weather and other natural disasters).
**Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and orders placed during those times may not ship until the following business day.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email which is sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may modify or cancel the order by accessing “My Account” section or by contacting our Customer Service Department before items are shipped and is subject to a cancellation fee which equals to 50% of the order total amount.

Received package with missing items?
Item may not be shipped in the original package due to quality issue, damage or other situation when preparing the shipment. Missing item will be marked “Out of Stock” on the enclosed invoice and a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.
How can I report damaged items?
Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance and MunchFans make every effort to ensure all items are fresh and carefully packed, ready for you to enjoy upon receipt. In some cases, you may receive a product that fails to meet our standards for quality or may have been damaged during the transit. You may contact our Customer Service Department at support@munchfans.com or “Contact Us” page within forty-eight (48) hours to report issue from the delivery date.
Can I return my order?
The food and beverage products we sell are perishable with limited shelf lives. Therefore, all items purchased through MunchFans are final and non-returnable/non-refundable.
