Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance and MunchFans make every effort to ensure all items are fresh and carefully packed, ready for you to enjoy upon receipt. In some cases, you may receive a product that fails to meet our standards for quality or may have been damaged during the transit. You may contact our Customer Service Department at or “Contact Us” page within forty-eight (48) hours to report issue from the delivery date. MunchFans recommend photographing the issue and/or damage to be submitted along with the claim. Claims reported after the above-mentioned period will be considered on case-by-case at MunchFans’ full discretion.

Because the food and beverage products we sell are perishable with limited shelf lives, all items purchased through are final and non-returnable/non-refundable for any other reason.
